Director/Founder
Richard is a fully qualified Mortgage and Protection Broker with over 13 years of experience in the financial industry. He began his career at Lloyds Banking Group, where he served as a Branch Manager. In 2014, he transitioned to a local independent mortgage company in Sussex, and in 2021, he took the significant step of founding his own brokerage.
Over the years, Richard has cultivated extensive knowledge and valuable connections within the industry, making the decision to establish his own company a natural progression. He offers a comprehensive understanding of both mortgage and protection services, ensuring that clients receive professional guidance throughout the entire process. Richard is committed to providing clear and actionable advice to help clients protect their homes and families.
A lifelong resident of Sussex, Richard enjoys spending his free time with his wife, Laura, and their children.
Mark
Mortgage and Protection Adviser
Mark is a fully qualified Mortgage and Protection Adviser, holding the CII Certificate in Mortgage Advice, and is committed to providing clear, honest guidance to clients across the UK.
Before moving into financial services, Mark enjoyed a distinguished 25-year career with Staffordshire Police, an experience that shaped his meticulous, client-first approach and his ability to explain complex situations in plain, straightforward terms.
Mark works with clients wherever they are in the UK, offering a personal, unhurried service that puts their needs at the centre of every conversation — whether they’re buying their first home, remortgaging, or protecting what matters most.
Based in the Staffordshire Moorlands, when he’s not helping clients Mark enjoys spending time with his family, getting out into the outdoors, and working on his golf game.
Ania Dorochowicz
Mortgage and Protection Adviser
With over 13 years of experience in customer service and a strong background in mortgage advising, Ania brings a people-focused approach to everything she does. Her passion lies in building genuine relationships, earning trust, and always going the extra mile to ensure clients feel supported, informed, and empowered.
Whether it’s a first-time buyer, someone looking to remortgage, or a landlord growing a property portfolio, Ania tailors her advice to fit each client’s individual goals. She simplifies the process, provides honest guidance, and ensures everything runs smoothly from start to finish.
Her experience across both financial services and customer-facing roles has taught her the value of clear communication, attention to detail, and proactive problem-solving—especially when managing complex cases or tight deadlines.
Outside of work, Ania enjoys listening and dancing to Latin music, keeping fit, and spending time in nature. She is happily married and a proud mum to a wonderful daughter—family is at the heart of everything she does.
